1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your. Before you receive the shipment notification email, please contact info@enabot.com . And we will try to cancel the order for you.

Once the shipping information has been provided, cancellations are no longer supported.

2. What is your Return & Refund Policy?

(1) 14 DAYS FREE-REASON RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, within 14 days from the date that you receive the package, you can apply for a full refund.

* For non-quality related returns, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
*All accessory items are non-returnable.

(2) 7 DAYS DOA RETURN POLICY

If you receive damaged, different, or nonfunctional items, you can return them for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days that you receive the package.

Please send an email to info@enabot.com , and clearly address the issue with the pictures/video. The picture of the entire package is also required.

All returned items need to be in original condition without any installation marks or signs of use and need to be sealed in the original packaging.

The return shipping cost will be covered by Enabot.

(3) NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All accessories purchased from our store are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, chargers, replacement parts, and any other accessory items. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before finalizing your purchase.

If you have met any issues with Enabot products during the warranty period, please feel free to email support@enabot.com.

4. How can I process the return & refund?

(1) Just refer to the steps below to process your return & refund.

  • Email info@enabot.com about the detailed reason for returning. Also, please provide your order number and shipping address.
  • We will get back to you within 48 hours to learn more details.
  • Once the return & refund application is approved, just send the parcel back according to the guide of email.
  • Once we receive the returned items and complete the inspection, we will start to refund you immediately.

5. When will I receive my refund?

After receiving the returning parcel, we will take a few days to complete the inspection.

The refund will be processed within 5 business days, and you will receive a notification email when it's stated. The actual time when you receive the refund depends on the processing speed of the bank.

6. What's Your Warranty Policy?


At Enabot, we are committed to providing high-quality products. For Enabot products purchased from authorized platforms, we offer the following warranty:

(1) Warranty Period

  • 1-year warranty for all Enabot products worldwide, except for European countries.
  • 2-year warranty for Enabot products purchased within European countries.

The warranty period begins from the date you receive your package.

(2) How to Request Warranty Service?

If you encounter any issues with your Enabot product, please contact our support team at support@enabot.com. We will assist you with the warranty process and ensure that your product receives the necessary service.

(3) Warranty Coverage

The warranty is only applicable within the original country of purchase. If performance failure occurs during the warranty period, under conditions of proper use, we will provide warranty service to address the issue.

(4) Not Covered by this Warranty

  • (i) Normal wear and tear.
  • (ii) Defects or damage caused by misuse, accidents (such as collision, fire, flood, earthquake, or spillage of food/liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, modification, unusual stress, or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, or use with unsuitable devices, software, or services.
  • (iii) Use not in accordance with the provided documentation.
  • (iv) Damage resulting from third-party equipment used with the device.
  • (v) Commercial use or resale.
  • (vi) Used or resold products.

*Enabot reserves the right to make the final interpretation of the above warranty terms and restrictions.


Please note: In order to protect your privacy, before returning or exchanging the product, it is recommended that you back up the contents of the SD card and empty the SD card.
