Return Policy

EXCHANGE:

If the product is DOA (Dead On Arrival), you do not need to pay for any return-related fees.

If the product is damaged because of the express or other reasons, please email us at support@enabot.com with your order number and we will assist you.

If you decide that you want to return an item for any reason other than the quality of the product) within 60 days of receiving your order, you’ll have to pay for return shipping costs and 10% of the price, and we’ll mail you a replacement product.

We will not replace the product if:

1.The product you purchased is part of a packaged deal.

2.The product quality is not compromised.

Please email us at support@enabot.com to find out the steps necessary for exchanges in all cases, we will try our best to satisfy you.

 

REFUNDS:

While we fully believe in every product that we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we also offer refunds.

You can follow the steps below to apply for a refund:

  1. When receiving the product, please email us at support@enabot.com with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund.
  2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
  3. If approved, we will refund item, you may also be asked to return the product.
  4. Please contact our Customer Service at support@enabot.com to get the returned address.
  5. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 10-15 days.
  6. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  7. We will bear the postage fee if the product suffers from quality issues.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

If you received your product and notice that it is damaged, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos or videos to support@enabot.com immediately. 

CANCELLATION:

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at support@enabot.com immediately to avoid returning shipping fees. If your cancellation is received prior to shipment, you will receive a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you must follow our Return Policy.

Warranty Info

Although we are completely convinced of the quality of our products, we cannot prevent regular wear and tear, or that they will always perform as if they were being used for the first time. We offer a 6-month limited warranty to cover design and manufacturing defects provided it is used for intended purpose.

However, if any of the following applies, you will not be covered by the Warranty.

  1.   Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or occurred during transport;
  2.   Units subjected to unauthorized repair;
  3.   Units not used in accordance with SOFTSPOT care instructions;
  4.   Cost of damage exceeds the cost of the product;
  5.   Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage conditions on the client’s premises.
  6.   Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
